Your Mission 

As a Sales Engineer Wind Division, you will

  • Develop & manage key customer relationships with end users, industrial distributors, and OEMs.
  • Provide technical consultation to help clients optimize their wind energy operations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ABS Wind’s market reach.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare technical proposals & quotations to meet customer needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring market shifts, competition, and technological advancements.
  • Represent ABS Wind at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings.

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales in the Wind Energy industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of bearings, power transmission components, and wind energy systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
  • CRM experience (required) & Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% for customer visits or industry events.
